This Privacy Policy explains how Liltelia collects, uses, and protects information when you use our iPhone app to plan a cut: a seven-step sheet, a front-facing portrait, and a nine-grid you can take to the chair.

1. Information we collect

Liltelia collects only what is needed to run the studio:

• Device identifier & guest session: On first launch the app creates a random device-linked identifier and an anonymous guest session.
• Cut sheet: Who the consult is for, current and target length, fringe, named shapes, hard limits, and optional occasion. These answers stay with the consultation.
• Portraits: A front-facing photo you choose from your library is sent to create the board. Demo portraits used to learn the flow stay on the device.
• Pins & chair notes: Up to three marked looks, an optional note for your stylist, and the cut sheet are saved so Archive can show the consult later.
• Generated boards: The nine-grid, cell images, labels, and handoff sheet produced from your brief.
• Device context: App version, iOS version, and locale may be stored with the guest session.
• Push token: If the system registers this install for remote notifications, a device token may be stored so studio messages can reach you.

Liltelia is free to use. There is no payment processing or in-app purchase checkout in the current app.

2. How we use your information

• Build a nine-grid from your portrait and cut sheet.
• Save consults, pins, and chair notes so Archive can reopen them.
• Start and restore the guest session tied to this device.
• Measure install attribution through our analytics partner when the app is configured to do so.
• Deliver optional studio or session messages when a push token is available.
• Respond to support requests when you contact us.

3. Photos & photo library

• With your permission, you pick a front-facing portrait from your library for the cut sheet and nine-grid.
• Uploaded portraits are stored for generation and for the consultation they belong to.
• Demo portraits never leave the device.
• You may save a nine-grid or handoff sheet back to your library when you choose to export.
• Only upload a face you have the right to use. Do not upload someone else’s portrait without consent.

4. Notifications

Liltelia can receive remote notifications for studio or session messages. You can disable notifications for Liltelia in iOS Settings at any time.

5. Where data is stored

• Portraits, boards, cells, and consultation records may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit.
• A guest ticket, preferences, and demo portraits remain on your device for the current install.

6. Analytics & attribution

Liltelia may use AppsFlyer for install attribution and marketing measurement. This can include an AppsFlyer identifier, campaign or media-source metadata, and an advertising identifier if one is available from the attribution SDK.

Attribution data is used only to start the guest session and understand how the app is found. Your portraits, cut sheets, and pins are used to provide studio features — not to build advertising profiles or to show third-party ads inside Liltelia.

7. Third-party services

• Image generation: Your portrait and brief are sent to a generation service that returns the nine-grid and cell images.
• AppsFlyer: Install attribution and campaign measurement. See AppsFlyer’s Privacy Policy.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

8. Data retention

• Your data remains stored until you delete the guest account from Account.
• Deleting the account permanently removes the device-linked session, saved consults, uploaded portraits, and synced studio data from our servers, subject to routine backup expiry.
• Local copies on your device are cleared when you erase the session or remove the app.

9. Your choices

• Use a demo portrait to learn the flow without uploading your own face.
• Change any step on the cut sheet before a board is generated.
• Export only the looks you pin; export stays off until at least one cell is marked.
• Delete the guest account from Account → Delete account.
• Contact support if you need help with data deletion.

10. Children’s privacy

Liltelia is a personal planning tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent where required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of Liltelia after an update means you accept the revised policy.
